"Real authentic Chinese place, never been to china but oh my god, if it tastes this good, I want to go, we had prawns, chicken, okra, spicy soup, spring rolls, and my beloved fried ice cream, ten out of ten, and full of Asian customers, so they must be doing something right."

"Shi Wei is a hidden gem in the burgeoning multicultural barrio of Pere Garau. We stumbled in here quite by accident thinking we made a reservation at another place—our Chinese is a little rusty. This place is authentic. I think we were the only non- Chinese in there which in our book is always a good sign. Order a bunch of food to share. Use the lazy Susan! Point at what the Chinese are eating and ask your waitress to bring you that."

"The restaurant wasn’t very busy when we arrived, probably because it was very early evening. The food was very good and the portions were generous at a very reasonable price. The service was fast, efficient and friendly. Thank you"

"Wow! This restaurant has such mixed reviews. People either love it or hate it. I really enjoyed it. There were loads of tasty vegetarian options and it's super cheap. I ordered more than I could finish and it came to 9 euros. Would come back"
